Welcome to the Surrey County Council Portal for Community Investment Funding and the Everyday Essentials E-Voucher Scheme

 

This portal allows you to submit and manage applications to the above Surrey County Council schemes.

To apply, you will first need to register via the blue button below to create an account (or log in if you are already registered).

Once you have registered, details of how to access the individual schemes is provided below. 

 

Everyday Essentials E-Voucher Scheme

The Everyday Essentials E-Voucher  was a one-off scheme offering Surrey residents help with everyday living costs. It was funded via the Government Household Support Fund which is no longer available to councils.  This scheme is now closed to new applications and existing applications are being processed.  Applicants will be contacted with a decision, or if any further information or documents are required.  If you are in need of financial assistance or guidance, please visit the Surrey County Council Welfare Hub (Health and welfare support - Surrey County Council) for further information and support.

 

Community Investment Funding Schemes

 The Your Councillor Community Fund is available for projects over £100 to support revenue and capital community projects.  Each Surrey County Councillor is assigned £5,000 to allocate in their local areas between 6th May 2025 and 30th January 2026. Councillors select which projects to support and will send out the link to the application form as required. Please note, this fund is now closed to new applications. 

The YFS Small Community Projects Fund is available for capital projects valued between £1,000 and £50,000. Each Surrey County Councillor has been assigned £50,000 to allocate in their local areas between 4th August 2025 and 20th March 2026. Councillors select which projects to support and will send out the link to the application form as required. 

The YFS Large Community Projects Fund is for larger capital projects in excess of £10,000 that will provide wide community benefit. Due to the size of the funding awarded Large Community Projects are subject to a staged application process. This fund is now closed to both new ideas submissions and full submissions.
